We’re here for you and your cat

At Cat Care Professionals, we’re committed to being here for our patients throughout the COVID-19 crisis and continuing to provide them with high-quality, compassionate veterinary care. We’re still open during normal business and are offering exams, vaccinations, tests, boarding, grooming, and other services through curbside appointments.

Scheduling an Appointment

To schedule an appointment, call us at (503) 968-6000 or request an appointment online.

Upon Arrival

When you arrive for an appointment or to pick up food/other prescriptions, stay in your car and call us to let us know you’re here.

If you’re here for an appointment, one of our staff will ask you a few questions before meeting you on the sidewalk to get your cat.

Please wear a mask when interacting with our staff.

During Your Appointment

Because the sizes of our lobby and exam rooms don’t allow for social distancing, we’re not allowing clients into our facility during their cat’s exam, but one of our experienced, compassionate nurses will be assigned to your cat and will stay with them every step of the way.

(To see behind the scenes of our appointments, check us out on Facebook!)

After Your Appointment

After your appointment, your vet will call you to discuss the results, and one of our nurses will check you out over the phone and bring your cat back to you.

Safety Measures

Protecting our community is very important to us. We want to do our part to stop the spread of COVID-19 and ensure that our staff is healthy and able to care for our patients in the coming months. As a medical facility, we’ve always had high standards for cleanliness, but in response to COVID-19, we ‘ve increased the frequency of our cleaning and maintain these strict routines while wearing masks and social distancing. We’re also making sure that our staff is healthy by asking them to stay home at the first sign of illness.

Since this is an ongoing situation, we’ll continue to update our website with any new developments.

We greatly appreciate your cooperation as we work through this together. Now and always, we appreciate your support of small businesses like us. Thank you!
