Due to the rise in cases from Omicron, we have decided to return to modified curbside appointments. We are very short-staffed and want to keep our staff healthy to avoid closing the clinic and being unavailable for our patients.
We understand the importance of being present for your cat’s exams and hope to continue to allow that, but for other types of appointments where clients aren’t present (see below), we are asking you to call or text us upon arrival. After someone from our staff speaks with you, please meet us upstairs at our front door with your cat.
All drop-offs (e.g. boarding, nail trims, dental treatments, surgeries, ultrasounds, etc.) will be curbside. Pick-ups will be curbside as well.
Food and medication sales will also be curbside.
For regular outpatient appointments with one of our doctors, demonstrations, and euthanasia, we will allow one client into the building to be present for the appointment. Masks are required, regardless of your vaccination status.
If you have any questions, give us a call at (503) 968-6000 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you’d like to schedule an appointment, we encourage you to request an appointment online or through our app. (To get the app, go to your app store, download PetDesk, and sign up with the same email address we have in your records.)
Note: Demand for appointments remains high, and our amazing staff continues to do their best to keep up, but it’s not uncommon for us to be booked days or weeks in advance.
Thank you for being kind to our staff as we continue to navigate this together and continuing to trust us with the care of your cats.
Since this is an ongoing situation, we’ll continue to update our website with any new developments.
